Market fish is the main feature of the menu and is entirely dependant on the fish available each morning at market. This ensures the highest quality and seasonality of fish on offer. Selecting your fish, followed by the sauce or dressing, then side orders, gives you the freedom to explore different flavours and combinations. Our knowledgeable staff are always on hand to suggest combinations and give details of the market fish available, and sauces or dressings that will complement it, in order to help you compose a most superb fish dish.
