Restaurant Nathan Outlaw is a small twenty-four cover restaurant and as such, our continued viability relies heavily on reservations being honoured by our customers or adequate notice being given of any changes to plans or arrangements.
Accordingly, the following applies:
- Restaurant Nathan Outlaw reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any bookings cancelled or changed with insufficient notice.
- The cancellation fee will reflect any cost incurred by Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in terms of staff, food or beverage booked or ordered specifically for your group or party, and any lost revenue as a result of turning other bookings away.
- For all bookings excluding functions, you must notify us of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Changes to the number of guests need to be advised by 5pm on the day of your booking.
- In these instances, the cancellation fee will be £50 per person unless we are otherwise able to fill the vacancy.
- For those booking the exclusive use of the restaurant, a fifty percent deposit is required to secure the booking.
- For all exclusive use bookings, you must notify us at least two weeks in advance to receive a full refund on your deposit. Notification between one and two weeks will result in the loss of your deposit. Less than one week advance notice will incur the full amount charged unless we are otherwise able to fill the vacancy.
- In the case of fixed price special event bookings (including but not limited to Degustation Dinners, Wine Dinners, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, New Years Eve and Christmas Eve), the cancellation fee will be up to 100% of the ticket price.
- Credit Card details will be required to confirm your booking, and any cancellation fee will be charged to the nominated credit card in the event of a fee being applied.
- We will notify you of any cancellation fee applied.
