Since his move from Fowey to Rock, Nathan has been busy establishing his signature fish restaurant within the St. Enodoc Hotel.
Since January 2011, Restaurant Nathan Outlaw has retained 2 Michelin stars in the Great Britain and Ireland Michelin Guide. This smaller, more intimate venue sees Chris Simpson, Head Chef, heading the small team as he showcases the finest local and seasonal produce from small artisan producers.
Restaurant Nathan Outlaw provides one seafood tasting menu for diners. The menu highlights the finest sustainable seafood, caught off the Cornish coast by day boats. The unique approach to seafood cookery provides the platform for a truly memorable dining experience. If requested in advance when making a reservation, a vegetarian menu, displaying the many wonderful Cornish seasonal ingredients, can be reserved for the evening.
As Restaurant Nathan Outlaw is a small, intimate dining room, we do not accept groups larger than six people. For large groups, booked in advance, Chris can create a bespoke menu for an exclusive dining experience.
Restaurant Nathan Outlaw is open for dinner only from Tuesday to Saturday, 7pm - 9pm. Reservations can be made from 9am – 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
