
Nathan has invited some of his favourite chefs to The Seafood & Grill for one-off Master Class evenings.
With each guest chef, Nathan will cook a six course tasting menu which displays their unique styles and passion for food. Matching wines will accompany each course and the evening will also offer live interviews and demonstrations from the chefs.
Each Master Class evening commences at 6pm with champagne and canapés, and finishes at 10.30pm.
